  • We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

  • Contact us with details of the item and issue, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We will replace the item or provide a full refund.

6. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After processing or shipping, cancellations are no longer accepted.
